What is a good budget 3D printer to start off with

I am considering buying my first 3D printer, but unsure what I should go with based on all the options available. Does anyone have a recommendation? I am looking for an entry level, budget printer at this stage. I will be using this to make smaller prints and desktop space is another concern.
