Power-ups
- Golden aliens upgrade your gun: twin cannons, spread shot, wide spread, then a plasma laser.
- Shoot the supply carrier or a drifting power core for a random upgrade: a better gun, rapid fire, a shield or an extra life.
- Squadrons fly in from all sides. Drones shoot often and aim at you, fighters fire spreads, and tanks fire rings.
- Every 5th level ends with a mothership. Beat it for big points, a gun upgrade and a life. Losing a life drops your gun one level.
